My study programme is a combination of international business and engineering. The degree of industrial management provides quality education with international students and teachers. During the study process I have gained new perspectives of life and started to search for new ways to contribute to humankind and society.
Hello, I am Yasir from Turkey. I studied in the science high school before my university studies. We were really into math, physics, chemistry, biology, and I am still good at those topics. I was granted to a dentistry school in Turkey and started immediately after my high school graduation, but I had no time for thinking about my actual career and professional life. I focused only on my classes, and eventually I decided to contribute to humankind more than being a dentist.
I moved to Finland in 2019 and started planning for my future, contemplating what I should do, and what is interesting for me. I discovered the bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management, then applied and was accepted to become an extraordinary engineer.
We are developing skills in many areas such as sales, product and service life cycle management, and team and project leadership also; we are improving our expertise in automation, Lean, robotics, quality, data analysis. The curriculum was kind of scary in the beginning because of these subjects. However, our teachers are student-friendly and give us the best tuition. It was a big chance for me to get used to the new country and the new education system.
