Student Quality Guide

Quality through Collaboration – Daily Improvements

Quality is achieved through collaboration, and each of us plays a significant role in its development. This quality guide is primarily intended for university of applied sciences students. The guide has been developed through the collaboration of staff and students. Its purpose is to provide an overview of the university of applied sciences’ quality system and the student’s role in the quality work of the university community.

As university of applied sciences staff, our task is to ensure that you, as a student, receive contemporary and high-quality education, functional learning environments, and opportunities to contribute to the development of the working life. As a student, you are responsible for your own learning. By providing feedback and actively participating, you influence the development of our university.

Your feedback is essential in the development of our university. As a student, you have the right to see the results and interpretations of feedback surveys and participate in discussions about necessary development actions based on those results.

In addition to providing feedback, we hope that you will actively participate in the university’s activities and its development. Student matters are represented by the student union POKA, which plays an important role in the development of the university community.
