Library’s Christmas checklist:
- When you borrow printed materials from the library now, the due date will be 10.1.2024.
- Remember to renew or return borrowed library materials by the due date to avoid overdue fees.
- Renewing your loans will give you longer due dates over the closing period:
- Also, course books get the longer loan period starting from Friday 8.12., so remember to renew your loans!
- The first due date after the closing period is Wednesday 10.1.2024.
- If you are not able to renew (or just want to return your loans), you can return your loans by using the automated book return machine outside the library. It is open even when the library is closed.
- Renewing your loans will give you longer due dates over the closing period:
- When the library is closed, e-resources (ebooks and databases) are available on Karelia-Finna.
- Please remember that you can also use the Joensuu area’s other libraries: Vaara libraries and UEF’s Joensuu campus library.
