Karelia-EXAM:n käyttöehdot
Käyttäjä hyväksyy tässä mainitut käyttöehdot ensimmäisellä kirjautumiskerralla. Hän hyväksyy myöskin tenttitilan reaaliaikaisen ja tallentavan kamera- ja mikrofonivalvonnan.
Käyttäjä sitoutuu noudattamaan Karelia-ammattikorkeakoulun tutkintosääntöjä sekä IT-palvelujen käyttösääntöjä, joissa mainitaan mm. seuraavaa:
- Käyttäjätunnusta ei saa antaa toisen henkilön käyttöön. Jokainen vastaa käyttäjätunnuksistaan henkilökohtaisesti.
- Toisen henkilön tunnuksen käyttö on kielletty, vaikka tämä sitä pyytäisi.
- Kaikenlainen vilppi tentti- tai muussa arviointitilanteessa on kielletty.
- Vilppiin syyllistynyt opiskelija voidaan poistaa tentti- tai muusta arviointitilanteesta välittömästi, ja hänen suorituksensa voidaan hylätä. Opintosuoritus voidaan hylätä myös silloin, kun vilppi tai plagiointi havaitaan vasta suorituksen luovuttamisen jälkeen.
- Hylkäämisen lisäksi vilppi tai plagiointi voi johtaa myös kurinpidollisiin toimenpiteisiin.
Käyttäjä sitoutuu noudattamaan EXAM-sähköisestä tenttijärjestelmästä annettuja sääntöjä:
- Tenttijällä on oltava mukana kuvallinen henkilöllisyystodistus, joka asetetaan tenttikoneen viereen määrättyyn paikkaan kuvapuoli ylöspäin.
- Tenttitilaan saa viedä henkilöllisyystodistuksen lisäksi vain tenttitilan ulkopuolella olevan kaapiston avain, joka asetetaan välisermissä sille varattuun paikkaan.
- Tenttitilaan ei saa viedä kyniä, paperia, kännykkää, juotavaa eikä syötävää. Tavaroita varten on ulkopuolella lukittavat kaapit.
- Tenttiä ei voi jatkaa tilasta poistumisen jälkeen. Edes wc:ssä käyntejä ei sallita.
- Osallistujalla on velvollisuus pyydettäessä todistaa henkilöllisyytensä Karelia-amk:n henkilöstöön kuuluvalle henkilölle.
Jos olet ilmoittautunut tenttiin, mutta et kuitenkaan siihen osallistu, merkitään opintorekisteriin 0 (= nolla eli hylätty) ja menetät yhden tenttikerran.
Hyväksymällä nämä ehdot annat luvan tallentavaan video- ja äänivalvontaan Karelia-amk:n EXAM-tenttitilassa.
Karelia-EXAM Terms of Use
The user accepts the terms of use with the first log in. The user accepts the real-time recording video and microphone surveillance.
The user commits to follow the Degree Regulations of Karelia University of Applied Sciences and the Regulations of IT Services that include i.a. the following:
- User ID is never allowed to be given or lent to another person. Each user is responsible for all actions conducted by using his/her user ID.
- The use of another person’s user ID is forbidden, even upon the user’s own request.
- Any form of deceit in a test or other assessment situation is forbidden.
- A student found guilty of deceit will be asked to leave the examination or other assessment session immediately, and his/her examination will be failed. The study performance will also be failed if deceit or plagiarism is detected after it has been submitted or handed in.
- In addition to failing the study performance, deceit or plagiarism may lead to disciplinary actions.
The user commits to follow the rules of the EXAM system:
- The student taking the exam must have a photo ID card that is placed next to the designated area next to the computer, the photo side of the card facing up.
- No belongings except the ID card and locker key are allowed to be taken to the exam area. The locker key is to be set in the designated area.
- No papers, pens, cell phone, beverages or snacks are allowed. There are lockers outside the exam room to which belongings can be left.
- The exam cannot be continued after exiting the room. Not even bathroom breaks are allowed.
- The student is responsible for proving his/her identity when requested by a Karelia UAS staff member.
If you have registered to the exam but will not take it, the exam will be evaluated with grade 0 (zero, i.e. failed) and you lose one exam time.
By accepting these terms, you give the permission for the real-time recording video and audio surveillance in Karelia UAS EXAM-room.
