There have been changes in the library’s chat service during the early autumn. Our service provider changed and there were some technical problems with the new one, which meant that the chat has been unavailable. The chat is now back up and running. If we are not available, you can leave a message. We will reply as soon as possible, usually by the next working day.
You can access the chat by pressing the bubble in the bottom right corner of Karelia-Finna. In the chat, you can ask questions about fees, reservations, loans, loan renewals, availability of materials, links and other library-related issues.
